My name is Jon Nichols and I have a B.S. in Applied Mathematics as well as five years experience in the parts and repair industry. I started as a mechanic helper out of college and quickly moved into automotive restorations. When my employer needed assistance, I then moved into parts sales at A&B where I gained a thorough knowledge of how to locate the right part no matter what the application. Several years of selling auto parts later, I decided to take on the challenge of selling marine parts here at Norfolk Marine. It was a tough first month, but I have now found myself as effective a parts salesman as I ever was in auto parts. I now look forward to assisting customers of Norfolk Marine in any way I possibly can. Whether you need information, parts, or just a good conversation we are here to serve our customers to the best of our ability.
My Name is Carlos Blackwell, born in Brooklyn, New York. I've been in the marine business for the last 10 years. I started in Paxton Marine Co. in the year 1999 as shipping and rec. manager. Worked my way up to sales rep. front counter asst. manager. In 2004 I started my own business Blackwell's Homestyle cooking on Shore DR. In the year 2006 I became a member of the Norfolk Marine team as front counter sales rep.
I'm Bobby Spivey and I am a Norfolk native born, raised and still call it home. For the last 30 plus years I've worked as an automotive tech and service manager. I hope that with my knowledge and experience it can transfer over to the boating field to better serve my customers. In my free time I enjoy boating, fishing and racing. I look forward to working with you!
I am a life long resident of Virginia Beach. I have fished, skied, and boated most bodies of water in Virginia and North East North Carolina. On my 15th birthday, I received a 15 foot wooden skiff with a 18 HP Evinrude motor. I have own a boat of some sort ever since. You can say I am passionate about the lifestyle. Although I am the newest member of Norfolk Marine parts department, I trust in my years of experience in industrial supply sales, automotive manufacturing, and automotive/marine parts and rigging, to help me assist the customer. In May of 2010, I passed the rigorous ASE P2 test and received my ASE certification as a parts specialist. I hope to continue to enhance my knowledge and skills in the marine industry. I look forward the challenge to exceed your expectations.
